Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT CARRIERS

DPI Merchandising, LLC chooses the most economical carrier and carrier method option at time of picking and packing your order, based on the option chosen in checkout. The carrier option chosen may be different from the one the customer chooses at time of checkout, but will be in parity with purchased shipping type.

Time in transit is an estimate based on a delivery address's distance from the fulfillment facility in Roseburg, Oregon, USA. These estimates are based on when the carrier receives the package and do not account for picking, packaging and handling time of your order.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Any processing times, shipment dates and transit times shown on the website, at checkout or in order communications are estimates unless we expressly state that a delivery date is guaranteed.

For consumers in the EU and UK, this does not affect any mandatory rights relating to delayed or non-delivery. Unless a specific delivery period is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and, in any event, within 30 days after conclusion of the contract. If we fail to deliver within that time, or within any agreed delivery period, you may have rights to require delivery within an additional reasonable period and, in certain circumstances, to terminate the contract and receive a refund.

LATE OR NON-DELIVERY

If your order has not arrived within the delivery period stated at checkout, or if no delivery period was stated, within a reasonable time, please contact Customer Service at dpim_customersupport@dpipromo.com. Where required by applicable law, if we do not deliver the goods within the applicable period, you may be entitled to terminate the contract and receive a refund. Nothing in this Policy affects any mandatory rights available under local consumer law.

COUNTRIES WE CANNOT SHIP TO

We appreciate our fans all over the globe. We currently ship worldwide, with a few exceptions. We do not currently ship to the following countries:

● Russia
● Ukraine
● Belarus
● Iran
● Israel
● Palestine
● Turkey


UK & EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

For consumers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection laws apply. If goods are not delivered within the agreed time or, where no time is agreed, within a reasonable time, you may have the right to terminate the purchase and receive a refund in accordance with applicable law.

SHIPPING COST

The final shipping cost is generally calculated by the weight and dimensional weight of the item(s), the shipping address, and the chosen shipping method (economy, standard, expedited, standard international).  The final shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout.

Shipping fees may be refundable where required by applicable EU or UK consumer law, including where an order is cancelled or terminated due to non-delivery or material delay.

SHIPPING DISCOUNTS

We occasionally offer discounted or free shipping options as part of sales promotions. If this shipping is chosen, we will ship your order using the Standard Shipping option. Sometimes these shipping options can be slow and may take longer than usual to be delivered.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Any orders placed for shipment outside of the United States of America may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes which are determined by the destination country.

• International Shipment methods listed as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) will require the Customer to remit these fees to the destination Country. 
• International Shipment methods listed as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) include all landed costs for the shipment and will not require additional fees upon arrival in the destination Country.


PROCESSING

We strive to ship most orders within 1-2 business days.  Some international orders may take up to 3 business days to process.  Orders are not processed after 12:00 PM (Pacific Time USA) or on weekends.  Any orders placed during this time will begin to be processed on the next business day.  If you place an order after 12:00 PM (Pacific Time USA) with expedited shipping, your item will not ship until your order has been processed on the next business day.  Please allow up to 24 hours for online updates.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout. However, nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law. If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, we may contact you to arrange reshipment, cancellation or refund, subject to the circumstances of the order and applicable law.

PACKAGING

Apparel will ship either in a soft envelope or a box, depending on the number of items in the order.  For U.S. shipments, lithographs, screen print posters, and all other artwork are rolled and shipped in a sturdy poster tube. Orders containing both apparel and artwork are shipped in multiple packages and often arrive at different times. If a significant amount of time has passed since you placed your order, and you have not received a tracking number, please reach out to Customer Service

SHIPPING LARGE ITEMS

Items such as large statues or collector's editions will come in their own shipping box.  These items may require a separate shipping cost and may be packaged separately than other items in your order. 

PRE-ORDERS AND COMBINED ORDERS

If your order contains a pre-order item, we may hold the order until all items in that order are available for shipment, unless the website or checkout expressly states otherwise. This may delay dispatch of in-stock items ordered together with the pre-order item. Where available, separate orders may be placed if you would like in-stock items to be shipped sooner. If you prefer regular in-stock merchandise to arrive sooner, please order such merchandise separately from pre-order items.

UNITED STATES P.O. BOX DELIVERIES

Delivery to P.O. Boxes may only be available for certain destinations and carrier services. Where a shipping method requires final delivery by a carrier that does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, a street address will be required. In addition, to the extent available, shipments being addressed to a United States PO Box must be delivered by the United States Postal Service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT TRACKING NUMBERS

Tracking may not be available for some international orders.

CART PURCHASE RESTRICTIONS

Some items may be flagged as CART PURCHASE RESTRICTION, this restriction requires that this item is purchased by itself. This is usually due to the size of the package being so large that shipping this item with other items is prohibitively expensive.

Having more than one item with this restriction in your cart will prevent you from selecting a shipping option.  Once you've removed other items you should be able to select a shipping carrier as normal.
